GENERAL SHIPPING
Orders placed with us will leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally we will ship all orders via UPS or Fedex but we reserve the right to use any carrier. For larger orders, we may reach out to you to see if we can ship via freight.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We are happy to ship internationally but unfortunately additional shipping will be charged.
Please email our support team at support@DressFormsUSA.com if you are looking to get something shipped to an international country outside of the US.
No Questions Asked Return Policy
We stand by the quality of your products. If you are at all unhappy with you order, you would like to exchange for a different model, or you just want to return it back to us, we will be more than happy to take it back within 7 days after you receive your order. No questions asked means no questions asked.
We have a no-hassle return policy with NO restocking fee. Other companies have a 20 to 30% restocking fee. We think that's a little crazy.
We will accept returns and exchanges on any of our products within 7 days of the item's arrival. Should the items arrive damaged or if you want to return your items, simply follow the instructions below and we will either exchange it or refund you in the original payment form. Your choice.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling.
After 7 days, DressFormsUSA cannot accept returns for any reason. Custom orders are also non-refundable.
In order to return an item, please follow the below instructions:
1. You MUST contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.
2. Please package the item back in its original packaging.
3. Ship the item back to the address in the instructions we provide you.

Dress form arrived with a bent cage and broken pole. Spent hours with e mails and phone calls until they finally sent a new pole. Cage still bent. Poor quality for 500.00 dollars.

Not happy with the product nor customer service

Ordered 1sr dress form, which came banged up + was sliding down when it was assembled. After many back and forth, I was offered 15% discount which I declined. I requested a replacement, they sent it, still sliding down when assembled. Sounds like special tools and skillset is needed to assemble it and not as easy as instructions say (very misleading). In the meantime, I'm trying to return 1st dress form, not successful as UPS showed up without a label declining to pick it up (even though I was told that they will being the label). All of this goes back and forth with the customer service, wasting my time on taking the return in and out of my apartment, not to mention wasting my time while trying to assemble it for 3hrs (while customer service can not confirm the pick up time or date for the return). At this time I was offered 10% discount which I declined (10% for all the inconvenience caused?). Overall extremely bad experience with the quality of the dress form, customer service, managing the return (not to mention that they originally requested for me to drag dress form myself to UPS even though it's defective...), and entire process. Extremely poorly managed. I ended up with 2 dress forms, waiting for UPS to pick them up and waiting on my refund. Good luck!
