GENERAL SHIPPING
Orders placed with us will leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally we will ship all orders via UPS or Fedex but we reserve the right to use any carrier. For larger orders, we may reach out to you to see if we can ship via freight.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We are happy to ship internationally but unfortunately additional shipping will be charged.
Please email our support team at support@DressFormsUSA.com if you are looking to get something shipped to an international country outside of the US.
No Questions Asked Return Policy
We stand by the quality of your products. If you are at all unhappy with you order, you would like to exchange for a different model, or you just want to return it back to us, we will be more than happy to take it back within 7 days after you receive your order. No questions asked means no questions asked.
We have a no-hassle return policy with NO restocking fee. Other companies have a 20 to 30% restocking fee. We think that's a little crazy.
We will accept returns and exchanges on any of our products within 7 days of the item's arrival. Should the items arrive damaged or if you want to return your items, simply follow the instructions below and we will either exchange it or refund you in the original payment form. Your choice.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling.
After 7 days, DressFormsUSA cannot accept returns for any reason. Custom orders are also non-refundable.
In order to return an item, please follow the below instructions:
1. You MUST contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.
2. Please package the item back in its original packaging.
3. Ship the item back to the address in the instructions we provide you.
